At SOBIS, we hold a bold and heartfelt vision: to ensure every Muslim child in South Wales has access to high-quality Islamic education. With over half of the Welsh Muslim population under the age of 25 and growing. Our responsibility to nurture the next generation with knowledge, values, and faith has never been more urgent.

OUR STORY

In 2016, we took a significant step by investing in a property on Newport Road.

This space now serves as:

  • Our administrative headquarters 

  • A teaching centre for supplementary classes  

  • A financial asset contributing to long-term sustainability  

But this is just the beginning

The Next Phase of Our Vision

We are now working to secure a larger property that will serve as a central hub for Islamic.

This new space will:

Host classrooms and learning environments allowing us to expand our educational offerings

Include a large hall designed to generate income and provide a functional and much needed space for the Muslim community

Strengthen our infrastructure to meet the growing needs of SOBIS students

This building is more than bricks and mortar – it’s a legacy. A foundation for future generations to connect with their faith, heritage, and identity.
